The CEO of BeautyBraidsByJuu was born and raised in the western part of Africa the republic of Ghana. She visualized the beauty that could be found in braids on her own as a young adult growing up in Ghana. She loved getting her hair braided since childhood and believed braids have always been a statement of beautiful art.

 Juliet always wanted elegant and long- lasting braiding styles as a child but could not afford it, so she trusted family members to get braids done for her. Over time the work that was done eventually damaged her hairline. Disappointed in the results, and only wanting to style her hair the only way she loved, Juliet was left with no other choice but to start practicing putting braids in herself.

 This paved the way for her to start experimenting numerous hairstyles, by watching professionals working on hair to perfect her skill. As a child she developed the love for hair, but she did not recognize or identify her passion in braiding until relocating to Canada.

Juliet has so much love and passion dealing with hair in the beauty industry so she decided to make a career out of it. She believes in honesty, creativity, and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success when it comes to running her business. Working with different people from different backgrounds has improved her skill and mindset.

As the founder of BeautyBraidsByJuu, Juliet is one of the most experienced, professional braids stylists in the Greater Toronto Area. She is specialized in offering clients with different kinds of African braiding styles for hair growth and protection.

What inspires her most about braiding is the idea of making her client visualize the best version of themselves and making hair  become reality when they see themselves in the mirror. 

Her goal is to provide all her clients with the knowledge and understanding on how to protect and care for their braids, and make hair braiding affordable and available to every individual.
